to book
Complete the on-line
enquiry form below with your requirements.
We will aim to respond to your enquiry within 48 hours with availability and
prices for your request.
We will only call to hold a room(s) for you when you are ready to make a booking.
The room(s) will be held for 48 hours in most circumstances, after this time
we may have to re-request availability from our suppliers.
Confirmation
When you wish to confirm
your booking, a £75 per person deposit will be required to confirm
the reservation. If departure is within 6 weeks of the booking date then the
full holiday cost will be required.
Once payment has been received you will receive a confirmation booking form and
letter along with your accommodation vouchers.
Payment
Payment will be requested
via invoice through Paypal. You are therefore able to pay via switch, maestro
or credit card. Please check Paypal for acceptance of Credit cards (www.paypal.com).
Payment by credit card will incur a 1.5% charge as a contribution towards costs
incurred. (this will be added to your invoice). If you choose to pay the deposit
and balance at separate times by credit card, then the 1.5% fee will apply on
both occasions.
