Description: This hotel is a true gem in amongst the sea of Alghero hotels. With an emphasis on personal service and good food, La Playa cannot fail to provide a relaxing and memorable holiday.
Location: Only 200 metres to the beautiful beach and approx 1 kilometre to the Old Town
Food: Continental Buffet breakfast. Lunch is available round the pool and consists of a good choice of pizza, pastas, salads and fish.
Evening meal is selected at breakfast time – please see the menu page for examples of the excellent food on offer.
Facilities: Restaurant, Jacuzzi (not heated), pool, kid’s pool, bar & lounge area with TV and gardens. Lift.
Rooms: 33 rooms. Pool view rooms available. TV, bathroom with shower. Air conditioning. (payable locally)
Ideal For: Anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday with good food. (Disabled guests please note that there are a few steps leading up to the entrance)

Sardinian Spirit Comments: A favourite holiday destination of mine! The owners are welcoming, attentive and nothing is ever too much trouble. The food is varied and of an excellent standard, half board is definitely recommended as value for money. I can highly recommend the Playa Tiramisu or the Crème Catalana brulee.
