More about Villa Mary
1.We are 3km from the airport, 1 km from Fertilia and 5km from Alghero.
2. The property and surrounding area can be accessed via an electric gate which has remote control, and this will be delivered to the guests along with the keys of the villa, on arrival.
3. At night, the entrance gate and access road will be clearly illuminated and on a timer system.
4. The pool (with solar shower) can only be accessed via a gate with key - this is for security reasons.
5. If you love the sea, the villa is in an ideal location to access the beaches of Bombarde, Lazzaretto and Mugoni.
6. We are surrounded by places of prominent archaeological and natural interest, for example the Grotto di Nettuno and the village of Palmavera.
7.The villas are equipped with fire extinguishers.
8. The villas are fully insured and the owners have the correct cover for civil responsibility.
9. The villa is surrounded by 1600 square metres of fruit trees and olive groves.
10. The villa will be cleaned by the owners and linen will be changed every Saturday and every arrival day. The pool will be cleaned on arrival and then on Monday's and Wednesday's.
